  Never anyone around to help regardless of what location in Alberta. If your lucky enough to find an employee they are always "of a visable minority" who act as though you are bothering them while you intrupt there conversation in there given language which is never English or French. Cold Lake store is 99% of the time rude, not helpful, and always has a group of workers chatting in front of customers in there given language who make there conversations priority not the customer.

  Im from west Edmonton. We have a great Canadian tire store with a pretty good selection. When I walked into the Canadian tire store in Cold Lake I was shocked. With the demographics this store should be in my city. Somebody had a vision and it is incredible. This store was thought out for this area. I was ok with the staff. People change, but its all about our Canadian tire store. You are so lucky.

  Without waiting to hear what I had to say, she growled at me 'I'm working on it". Terrible attitude, I can see why the get so much bad reviews.

  At self checkout (usually the only ones open). My item wouldn't scan I turned to the employee looking after the area to let her know the item wouldn't scan.
