  Great place, great people, great product and always good for a laugh! Customer service has been outstanding everytime I go in there or call and need something put together.

  My in-laws surprised me with Mother's Day flowers, they were delivered.. my husband got them when they arrived and he placed them on the counter. I admired them, we went about our Mother's Day celebrations.. then the next morning I noticed they were dying... they were delivered without water! Bone dry! And no one bothered to tell my husband they hadn't been watered or that they needed to be right away.

  When you get a plant from there, they tell you everything you want to hear to make you purchase. I purchased a 40$ plant there, beautiful one I asked if it can go to very low light and answered yes, no problem then the plant was going not too well after 1 week so, I went back to know what's going on, ah just let it get use to it's new place, no worries. I thought THEY are the expert, they know, 2 weeks later, the plant was dead... when I went back, to ask to the owner of the place, questions about that plant and had all different answers, that plant needed full humidity plus full sun. I asked why they told me the opposite, they replied to me "If you really wanted to know, there is internet!!!" She turned her back and left.

  This flower shop has amazing costumer service. I ordered for someone in cold lake from Toronto and they were very accommodating, friendly and the flowers turned out better then I expected. Also the delivery service was great!

  Anyways, they have died, I called the store and the lady was extremely rude and said "well your suppose to water the flowers obviously!" .... they should have come with water!!

  I am glad I didn’t read some of the negative reviews here before going because I had a great experience. The owner was awesome with my daughter. She gave her a nice plant for free and only charged half price for a fairy to go in it. She decorated it with lady bugs for free as well. All was completely unnecessary, but she just wanted to make my daughter happy
