  Every time I go through this locations drive through the staff are quite rude. Every time they interrupt and rush you, making you feel like they aren't really listening to what you order. several times they've gotten the order completely wrong. Please talk to your staff and explain to them how to do a proper introduction. (Try "welcome to Tim Hortons, what can I get for you?) instead of LITERALLY JUST "go ahead")

  Coffee is usually burned or tastes like dirt. Get the wrong order or items missing 3/4 of the time and have to argue with staff just to get what you paid for.

  Drive through experience. They didn't have eggs in the morning. I said that's fine I'll have it without (I was in somewhat of a hurry). They asked me to pullover out front. After waiting about 20 minutes I go inside. They forgot my order...

  And actually listen to the customer without interrupting. I order a sandwich and Request every time without tomato, (allergy) and halfway through asking for no tomato they interrupt with "do you want cheese or bacon on that!?" Let me finish talking so you hear what I have to say, then ask would you like to add blah blah blah for the upsell. Can't tell you how many times they've missed the no tomato part. Very frustrating :(
